- Press Start/Stop or [ENTER] key
- Repeat as often as needed
- Add a label to describe your activity
- Take laps without stopping the online stopwatch with [INS] key
- Download the activity report to your computer or open with Excel
- Press Reset or [ESC] key to start all over
